The Deaf and Disabled Telecommunications Program (DDTP) is pleased to invite qualified candidates to apply for its Public Utilities Regulatory Analyst IV position. The position’s job number is JC-231210.
This PURA IV position is integral to the DDTP’s mission and vision within the context of the CPUC. The successful candidate must be list eligible for this position. She or he also must enjoy, understand, and facilitate contract development in providing equipment and services to individuals with disabilities. Evaluating and managing these DDTP contracts are equally important components of the job. All contract facets happen in collaboration with stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
In addition, we seek a candidate who grasps the regulatory and policy issues that relate to the program. The right candidate also possesses analytical skills to optimize the DDTP’s Speech Generating Device program’s effectiveness and reach, including strategic and best use of program funds.
