Navigating Leadership Program (NLP) 2014

Leaning into its fourth year of operation, the collaborative participation of the APSEA Navigating Leadership Program (NLP), represents the leadership forefront (agencies and departments) of California’s two trillion dollar annual economy. As a national blueprint, the NLP is built on a foundation of transformative change management and leadership. ORA Systems has managed the design, implementation and management of the NLP on behalf of the Asian Pacific State Employees Association (APSEA) and the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy – Sacramento Campus since its 2012 inception.

The NLP approach is demonstrating a seamless systemic integration of real time capability,  based upon the dynamic needs and environments of the constituent community served in our accelerating digital society. Initiating the NLP’s year-long activities, the 2014 Speaker Line-up and the Secretary-Directors Board of Advisors trained in Innovation and  10x Thinking at the Google Complex in March of 2014. The NLP 2014 – Master Binder demonstrates the integrative and innovative approach that was the foundation formulating this pioneering program.  The event NLP Event Summary Report provides a written narrative of the keynote presentations that spanned the culminating symposium event.

Predicated on an evolutionary mindset of 10x thinking, NLP has demonstrated and documented an impressive repository of back stories (personal and organizational), wisdom and knowledge; leadership and inspiration, integration and innovation; mission and vision that connect to future unlimited possibilities – all within a concrete framework of accountable and collaborative real-time activity.
